Giving my sons a teaching in Heating and A/C

This country lost a lot when all of us stopped having apprenticeships for our young people; For generations fine skills were taught from 1 person to the next, passed down, and kept alive through practice, however that was when the country made things, however now it seems all of us spend money other countries to make things for us, a lot of those amazing skills that our forebears had, from hand crafting furniture to blowing glass, are being lost to the sands of time, which is just sad to me, however i wanted to do what I could to change this, so I encouraged all three of my daughters to apprentice with me at the Heating and A/C shop, but my oldest wanted to go to university, which I fully supported of course, however the other more than one decided to try their hands at the heating and cooling business.

I had built this company with my own more than one hands, and it would be amazing to train my kids to be Heating and A/C techs care about their mother was so they could take over the company 1 afternoon… Being an apprentice involves a lot of hard labor, however it helps you to learn everything about Heating and A/C systems from inside and out.

I see more and more immigrants getting into the Heating and A/C industry, and I suppose it is because they have a stronger work ethic than other people. Americans might be losing this work ethic, however so far my kids have legitimately taken to Heating and A/C work and seem to be studying a lot. It will take a few years, however I am sure they will both follow in their mother’s Heating and A/C footsteps.
