A unique HVAC solution for a unique household ownership

My friends and I did something that is absolutely non traditional.

There are six of us, many couples, and we just all purchased a large household together.

It seems basically like a plan fraught with potential risks and complications. However, we did the right thing and got a lawyer involved so that our separate interests were covered. Additionally, the household has many floors, so we are going to have many separate residing spaces within the one household. But, there will be a massive communal dining room with all the bells and whistles. The Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C device renovation was the first thing we tackled. There was an old, antiquated central air device that was in poor shape and wouldn’t suit our purposes anyway. So, we ripped all of that out. The Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C device contractor we met with strongly recommended that we go with ductless heating and cooling device options. First, they were much more efficient and the technology is a large energy saver. The people I was with and I will each have two ductless HVAC devices in our individual residing spaces. This also allows us to have full independent temperature control settings. Additionally, we will be able to individually track the power use as there will be equitable utility cost sharing. I didn’t realize how effective the ductless HVAC units happened to be. They are easily a new Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C device shrunk down that doesn’t need ducts to actually provide Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C treated air. The A/C condenser unit will rest outside the household and the units are affixed by copper tubing. The fact that we don’t use the ducts is a massive cost saver. It is stunning the amount of heat and freezing air lost due to Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C treated air being delivered in a household through a system of ducts. I guess we have managed to find a creative way to address an absolutely creative way to own a household.
